Stunning sugar-white sand. Beautiful turquoise water. Gorgeous view for miles. Who wouldn’t want to spend their vacation on Navarre Beach, FL, especially when you can stay in this absolutely incredible 3BR/3BA upscale gulf-front condo on the highly desired 11th floor of Navarre Towers. The condo has absolutely spectacular views of the Gulf and surrounding area.
Incredible expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico from two balconies as well as from inside the unit in the living spaces and two Master suites!
This lovely appointed large condo (Unit 1104) has incredible views from the sliding glass doors which showcase the Gulf of Mexico. The condo can comfortably sleep 8 guests:

Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed. sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed w/twin trundle and twin pull out couch. sleeps 4.

The 3 full beautiful bathrooms are ideal for large families!
The fully equipped main kitchen has all you need for fabulous meals during your stay. All dishes, cutlery and pots and pans are provided. The dining table offers a beautiful view of the Gulf and island. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided.
The living room also has a wet bar with another sink and drinks fridge.
The on-site fitness room is the perfect place to keep up with your fitness routine.
Navarre Towers offers a pool, sports courts and an outdoor grilling area.

Parking is available in the complex lot. The parking spaces are not designated.
The wide expansive beach front is a most desirable key feature of the Navarre Tower.
You are close to Navarre Beach pier if you want to go fishing or a beautiful walk. Close by, you can rent jet skis, kayaks, boogie boards and stand-up paddling boards.
Navarre Beach is centrally located between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach/Destin so there are plenty of opportunities to experience the beautiful Gulf coast. You also are just minutes from Pensacola Beach along the Gulf national seashore where there also are lots of dining and entertainment options. Navarre is close to both the Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach airports if you are planning to fly. There are plenty of rent-a-car locations on site.
This unit is a No-Smoking, No Pet condo. The minimum age to rent is 25.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

Best gulf rental in 40 years of renting! The condo is everything the reviews claim. Truly a top tier rental. It is apparent that a great deal of thought and capital went into setting this place up. It is both comfortable and luxurious. The two balconies were our favorite feature. There is s a shady option at all times with such comfortable seating. The storage closet across the way was perfect for stashing our beach/fishing paraphernalia. RMI was responsive and a pleasure to work with.

The condo was beautiful and had all of the amenities. Property manager company was horrible. First night I got locked out from the beach gate with no response. I had to walk along the highway to gain access to the property from the front. The lamps in the condo also didn't work, I reported both to the managing company. I did hear from them the next day, they fixed the lights and apparently they had the code to get off the beach fixed (with a piece of paper telling everyone the code to get in), and let me know that the pool had a leak and was closed. On the third day in the morning one of the fire alarms (hallway near the master suite) kept going off. My kids were sleeping yet it took over an hour for the management company to come and change out the batteries (have texts that confirm). Thursday there were fire alarm checks that came as announcements for at least two hours. At one point they were using the system to ask that an employee report to the area where they could check the system. On Friday, after "all batteries were replaced in the fire alarms", the one by the master suite started going off again. I reset it, called the management company, and texted. Repeatedly. I got a reply that I was being disrespectful and that if I continued they would not send anyone over until my check out time the following day (have texts documenting).
