It was exactly as advertised. No complaints. You will have to drive to the tourist attractions. The neighborhood isn't bad but clearly being renovated is why only 3 stars for the area.

The unit was clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and the location was close to downtown and the Falls. We did find the traffic a little noisy. The only small issue was that the existing sofa was not suitable for 4 adults to get comfortable while watching a movie. Still, I would recommend this unit.

Although the property is quite a distance to walk to Clifton Hill/ the falls, it is impeccably presented. The beds were very comfortable & the apartment was spotless. It was ideal for our family trip to Niagara.

It was nicely decorated and clean. Location was ok if you are willing to drive the few minutes to town and pay for parking. The only issues we had was the lack of fans. You had to keep the bedroom doors open in order to receive air conditioning. If there are guests upstairs, be warned it is very loud. I think adding fans for air movement and noise would definitely help and taking out the insanely bright security light that cannot be turned off. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would be prepared to stay again with some minor adjustments. A new couch couldn't hurt.
