Centrally located in Columbia, SC 3.5 miles from The State House, 2.6 miles to USC football stadium, 3.5 miles FT Jackson main gate.
Downstairs apartment all on one level.
Dedicated one parking spot directly in front of your door. Ample side street parking with 60’ of room for RVs or larger vehicles. One recent review from last week is below;
I had an absolutely amazing stay at this -------- while I was in South Carolina for a week of state training! The host was incredible and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. He even offered and honored a veteran’s discount, which truly meant so much to me as a veteran.
When I arrived, I immediately felt welcomed. The AC was already set to the temperature I had requested, the TV was on, and a light had been left on for me. Those thoughtful touches after a long day of travel meant a lot and made the place feel warm and inviting right away.
The neighborhood was peaceful, serene, and so quiet. The surrounding homes were beautifully maintained, which made the entire area feel safe and relaxing.
I also forgot my toiletry bag, but thankfully the host had plenty of toiletry items and other thoughtful essentials available. It really felt like a home away from home!
One of my favorite parts was the cute bistro table and chairs outside. Each evening after my training, I loved sitting out there to relax and enjoy dinner. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day.
Another thing I really appreciated was the bright streetlight nearby, which added an extra sense of safety and security during my stay.
I truly can’t say enough great things about this experience. The host was fantastic, thoughtful, and accommodating in every way. It’s easy to see why he’s a Superhost, and I would absolutely stay here again! ⭐

The house was very clean and the host was very helpful. My only complaint is that while it did technically sleep five people, there was no door between the pull out couch in the living room and the bedroom. As a result, there is no privacy and the person (people) sleeping on the pull out couch have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. I would clarify that the space should really be only for a couple, or a couple with young children.

The home was in the middle of everything. The host was very responsive to all inquiries and even gave us ideas about what to do and places to go. It was a pleasant experience.
