Just WOW! What a truly amazing experience my husband and I had from start to finish! We absolutely adored Kim’s place and our stay was beyond relaxing! We highly recommend staying here! The place was as advertised and super clean. We can’t wait to come back and rent from you again!

Beautiful oceanfront home! Fireworks every Thursday and you can sit right on the balcony to enjoy. We saw Dolphin daily and the beach is beautiful! Very clean and perfect location!

One of the best locations on Carolina Beach, stayed in this building since 1996. The interior was unkept, couch needed to go to the dump. Rugs were filthy, could have at least washed the bathroom rug. Deck makes feet black. Tub/shower stained. Door molding sticking up about three inches is very dangerous going out on the deck.
