About this apartment rental
The two-room apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchenette (electric kettle, toaster, ceramic cooktop, oven, egg cooker), a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A parking space and bicycle storage are located right next to the building.
Bed linens and hand towels are included in all apartments. You must bring your own bath towels and beach towels!

Dear Guests, due to the precarious situation regarding the cleaning of the vacation apartments and the excessive price demands of cleaning companies, we are forced to take a new approach to final cleaning.
As a guest, you will receive a clean and tidy vacation apartment, and on the day of departure, you will hand it back to us in the same condition as when you received it—security deposit: €100.00.
We provide the necessary cleaning supplies. (except for New Year’s Eve bookings—no security deposit, but a €50.00 final cleaning fee applies)
The Dornröschen House was built in 1999. In this building, we offer six modern two-room apartments featuring a living room (kitchenette), bedroom, bathroom with shower/toilet, and hallway. An extra bed can be added to each apartment. Apartments 1 and 2 have a terrace, and Apartment 5 has a balcony. Each apartment has Wi-Fi and its own parking space. The building is in a quiet location, and some apartments offer a beautiful view of the sea.
Upon arrival, you must pay the tourist tax according to current regulations and a security deposit of €100.00 (for final cleaning and any damage to the vacation rental)—the security deposit will be refunded upon departure after the apartment has been inspected.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 3:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
