About this cottage rental
The vacation apartments with balconies are built on two levels. The lower level features a living area with a kitchen, shower, and toilet, as well as a large south-facing balcony. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom. From all four apartments, you can enjoy a magnificent sunrise.
These duplex vacation apartments are limited to two guests. Each apartment has Wi-Fi and its own parking space.
Bed linens and hand towels are included in all apartments. You must bring your own bath towels and beach towels!

Dear Guests, due to the precarious situation regarding the cleaning of the vacation apartments and the excessive price demands of cleaning companies, we are forced to take a new approach to final cleaning.
As a guest, you will receive a clean and tidy vacation rental, and on the day of departure, you will return the unit to us in the same condition as when you received it—security deposit: €100.00. (Except for New Year’s Eve bookings—no security deposit, but a €50.00 final cleaning fee applies)
We provide all necessary cleaning supplies.
We built our thatched-roof house in 1991; it is quietly situated in a garden and offers a beautiful view of the sea. The vacation apartments, each with a balcony, are built on two levels. The lower level features the living area with a kitchen, shower, and restroom, as well as a large south-facing balcony. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom. From all four apartments, you can enjoy a magnificent sunrise.
These duplex vacation apartments are limited to two guests. Each apartment has Wi-Fi and its own parking space.
Upon arrival, the tourist tax (as per applicable regulations) and a security deposit of €100.00 (for final cleaning and any damage to the apartment) must be paid—the security deposit will be refunded upon departure after the apartment has been inspected.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 3:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
