The apartment of 80 square meters on the first floor, right side of the building, is located in quiet area, surrounded by an olive grove with beautiful views of the lake.
It has a living room (with double sofa bed), fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms (each one with two single beds which can be turned into a double bed, if needed), a bathroom with shower and a balcony / covered terrace overlooking the lake.
The apartment is bright, spacious and well-equipped, with an independent heating system, a practical and comfortable furniture, great attention to detail and suitable up to 6 people.
It features private parking, olive garden with garden furniture and barbecue, bike and surf storage, satellite TV and free WiFi.
It is the ideal starting point for excursions and are close to the main services: only 10 minutes from the beach, 10-15 minutes from the center, 100 m from the CONAD supermarket and 50 - 100 m from the nearest restaurants and pizzerias.

This is very nice property located just far enough from middle of the town. Everything is available within walking distance. If you have car, you can park it in the slot within house limits. Apartment is in very good shape, majority of things are new. Very comfortable color scheme and natural materials. Very well equipped kitchen, no prob to cook. Big area of apartment with good functionality. There is no noise from outside, only fresh air and lots of greens with great view to the mountains and lake. Owner family is very friendly people and don't forget to ask them for a good pizza place! Highly recommended.
