We arrived early evening but the lovely lady on reception was there and went through everything with us, she spoke perfect English. We had the option of ordering some croissants for the morning which we did. We were taken to our 3 bed apartment and were surprised that is was on two floors and the main bedroom had a terrace and a toilet. The little extras were there like toilet roll, handwash and washing up liquid/cloths and there was a lovely, huge basket of snacks and breakfast items to keep us going - a really lovely surprise. The apartment was a little tired looking but perfect for what we wanted. The pool area was great, always had free sun beds and no one left towels out. I would say that you need a car to stay here though, it is high up the hill and even though you can walk to three or four restaurants, its hard work in the thirty degree heat. We loved our stay here and I would definitely recommend, just make sure you hire that car first!!
