About this apartment rental

Welcome to L'Outa, a cosy apartment with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc, ideal for family or group. In the heart of Chamonix, close to shops, restaurants, ski slopes, hiking trails, cinema, market and local specialities. Sheets and towels included, 2 free parking spaces, 600 m from Brévent, 550 m from the station and the Aiguille du Midi.

Who are we?

WATER HEATER READ CAREFULLY

In France, the operation of water heaters is different from that of many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank that can empty if there is high consumption. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity.



We kindly request that you avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it.

This is an integral part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration.



ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

In the UK, the electrical network is limited; if too many appliances (such as a hairdryer and a microwave) are used simultaneously, the circuit breaker may trip. In this case, it will need to be manually reset at the electrical panel.



Please avoid using multiple devices simultaneously: this system, very common in French households, aims to reduce energy consumption. We ask you to use only what you need.

We had a wonderful stay at L'Outa. It is located right in the center of everything and walkable to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. My only complaint is the listing needs to be updated to two bathrooms and not thee bathrooms. It worked out fine for my family. Three bedrooms was more important than the number of bathrooms. Thank you!
