We stayed at the farmhouse for our wedding/4th of July weekend! We had family come in from AL and OH and they stayed or came by the farmhouse multiple times with no complaints. The farmhouse is extremely charming. To be honest reading a previous review made us skeptical about the air conditioning and if it would be cool enough or not; it was definitely cool enough! We had a small BBQ for our reception and it was perfect! There’s definitely enough space so no one was on top of each other. The kitchen/kitchenette layout is a little funky but it worked out in our favor as the fridge is in the sunroom where we were able to put up tables for our reception. The hosts were nothing but nice and very responsive. The cottage was extremely cute just watch for the floor and when you go in (the details are listed in the book) all the bedrooms were very spacious and all king size beds which was so nice! The farmhouse is located just outside of town to be quiet and close enough that everything is within 3-15 miles away. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Kairos! If you stay here, understand you are staying in a vintage home. It was close to 100 degrees while we were there and it kept us cool enough, but as expected with an older home it’s difficult for the air to circulate evenly. The bathrooms are adequate, but again, remember it is an older home.

Property was very cozy, clean and well kept. Enjoyed learning about the history associated with the farmhouse. The cottage is an excellent addition and very easily accessible from the main unit. Enjoyed our stay very much, look forward to staying here again in the future.

Family met at the farmhouse for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was sufficient to prepare the meal and the historic farmhouse was the perfect setting.
Be prepared for the quirks and charm of a 160 year old home!
Would definetly stay again.
