About this house rental
Built in 1817 this is one of the oldest estates in Maryland. It has old slave quarters on the property and an 8 hole outhouse along with a summer kitchen that was used for cooking. (both being renovated) It has 7 fireplaces and a great room with bar. A large music room with a circa 1850 box piano. My wife and i were married here last year with over 100 guests. We wish the walls could talk!! month of July and August, book a week-end and you can have thursday or sunday free, 2025 only.

This is our second week-long Christmas stay at the Trevanion House. We absolutely love everything about it! What stands out the most is Mike, the host. He goes above & beyond to make sure our stay is special & memorable. He is very accommodating & easy to reach. The house itself is clean, comfortable & welcoming. Well-appointed kitchen AND summer kitchen. We will be back, for sure!

The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions. Everything was clean and the property was very interesting. The location was great just a few minutes from town.

The Host was amazing and so was the house! Mike was extremely welcoming and friendly. Filled us in on the history of this wonderful property. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend this place.
