The vacation rental is furnished in a high-quality, modern, spacious, and cozy style and features rooms flooded with natural light. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family home in a traffic-calmed area (30 km/h zone). It is suitable for families of up to 4 people (including children) as well as for single travelers.

Our vacation rental has been furnished with great attention to detail as a pure vacation home for those seeking relaxation. Please understand that we do not accept bookings from contractors or business travelers.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome here and, of course, stay for free. Free towels are provided in the entryway of the vacation rental for drying and cleaning the dogs. A dog shower with towels and dog shampoo is available free of charge for bathing the dogs (please contact the host if interested). 
The spacious vacation apartment, measuring approximately 120 square meters, features a bright living room with a glass dome, a dining room with a serving hatch to the kitchen, a fully equipped kitchen with a freezer, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, dishwasher, microwave with grill function, induction cooktop, and oven; a hallway; 2 separate bedrooms (sleeping up to 4 people); a modern bathroom with an accessible rain shower and toilet; hair dryer, and various toiletries, a desk, and a terrace (small seating area) with lounge furniture and an outdoor contact grill. The two bedrooms and the living room are equipped with 55-inch and 32-inch TVs. A portable air conditioner is available for temperature control during the summer months.

Access to the vacation rental is not wheelchair-accessible (6 steps). 
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire vacation rental.
For your bicycles, the Landblick vacation rental offers a dry, lockable room with video surveillance (free of charge).
The vacation rental features high-quality furnishings and amenities for enhanced comfort.
The area surrounding the Landblick vacation rental is not a fireworks-free zone.
