Comfortable located house between the ocean and bay, clean 3 bedroom upstairs with private studio on the ground level. As a gardener I noticed a lot of fruit trees around the house and back yard, next time have to be there in summer for some fresh fruits .

The property was very accuately described. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and some pantry items provided. Some instruction on using the cooktop would have been useful.

Well equiped kitchen which was important to us. Spacious and comfortable. Great, quiet, location. Comfy dining table chairs too, important for someone with bad back.

4 bed house was very suitable for 4 blokes on a golf trip. House was better than many rentals in the Blairgowrie/ Rye area, as it is newer and has less faults. However; the BBQ needs a service, as only half of the burners ignite. There were no bin liners for the larger bin in the kitchen.
So overall the house was very suitable.
