I write to say thank you so much for our wonderful time in Torre Specchia Riggeri to Francesco and his family. Our place was clean, comfortable and very charming. Francesco and his family are very kind, helpful, very nice people. The village is located in a beautiful place, the property is close to everything: the sea, stores, cycling paths.

We are a couple in late middle age who love swimming and this was perfect for a September holiday. A simple little no frills apartment (one of about 8), very clean, in a large olive grove with hammocks and bicycles and lovely friendly and helpful owners on hand. Antonio presented us with fresh eggs from his chickens and aubergines from his garden and his son Francesco was always on hand for advice and information on the area. The nearest town, San Foca, was a short drive away with good restaurants (great seafood) and gelaterie! Lots of beaches nearby and the swimming was perfect. A short drive to Lecce or Otranto for a change of scene. We would highly recommend this place.

It was wonderful to stay in Fore e Mare, with the hospitality of Antonio and his wife Vita, and their son Dario. They really look out for you if everything is ok and have provided us with very tasteful olive oil and wine, among other things. Everything is already said in the other reviews, you can't fault this stay! The sea, the nice countryside of Puglia and Antonio's kindness, we really miss it! Grazie mille!!!
