Loved the room and how it was very close to the beach. It says 10 minute walk but it was less than a five minute walk. A lot of good restaurants in the area and within walking distance. The only bad thing is the parking spots are small and not big enough for two cars unless you have two small cars.

Great property. Very short walk to Upham Beach. Also very close to restaurants and a bakery. Nice private pool area. The only minor drawback was we were not told they would be re-roofing the place while we were there. There was a porta-potty and a very large dumpster outside the bedroom window—and right in our assigned parking spot. Called the management agency and they gave us a new spot to park in. Luckily it wasn’t the kind of vacation where we wanted to sleep in because the workers started at 7am every morning of our trip. Other than the unavoidable construction, the place was great.

Communication with Host company was awful. As an example the listing told us parking passes would be emailed, they were not. We had to make 4 phones calls before we were able to get a local Host to drop off parking passes.
Unit did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. Pulled back the blankets to go to bed after very late flight arrival on the first night to find soiled sheets with hair and dirt. Remade the bed with spare sheet set for pull out. Had to make several calls to get clean sheets and enough towels for the 6 people we registered to stay,
