About this apartment rental
First floor condo on St Pete Beach. Nothing separates the condo from the sand but a small beach parking area .There is a grill/restaurant,restrooms on the beach.Sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master,2 twins beds in the second bedroom,and a convertible sofa in the living room with a queen size memory foam mattress. Fully stocked kitchen. Complex has heated pool, shuffleboard, and onsite laundry just steps from the back door. There are beach chairs and beach toys you are welcome to use,3 flat screen tv’s.Easy walk to numerous restaurants,shopping.

Me and my fellow guests thought the condo was really cute, very nicely decorated! It was very well equipped with just about anything you might need. We didn't do any cooking but could've easily with everything available in the kitchen. Likewise the other rooms had everything! The host, Kimberly, was great to work with before the trip with question i had, this being my first time renting in Florida! There was an issue with the electrical late in our stay which Kimberly and the condo management were great about trying to make everything right. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 (the power problem). And really it should be a 4.7 out of 5. But I would absolutely recommend staying at this condo and i will probably stay again myself! Kimberly was a fabulous host and this place, and the location are awesome!!

Our condo was clean, well equipped & the location was great. The woman in the office was very nice & helpful. We were fine without a car since there are several ways to get around. Short walk to the beach & Paradise Grille where the food was great. We would definitely return to this property!

We loved our stay here. Perfect for us with two kids. The kids loved their twin beds in the separate bedroom. The master bedroom was big and the bed was super comfortable! Super quick walk to the beach and pool. We love this location and will return! Only issue was A/C was not working, but host quickly returned messages and the entire system was replaced on our last day, so we had A/C for the last night. So, any future stays will benefit from a brand new A/C system! The HVAC installers were really nice and made sure that we weren't bothered by the work they had to do to install all the new equipment.
