About this villa rental
Newly built house 65 sq.m. which was made with respect to the architectural proportions and the Mediterranean color. Large windows and large outdoor areas around the house will give you privacy and invite you to relax and enjoy the pure feeling of this wonderful nature.The swimming pool will relax you, and its surrounding area has sunbeds, garden furniture and swings for moments of relaxation. From the terraces of the house you can enjoy the view of Peristera Strait.
It is located in the Vamvakies area of Alonissos, about 20 minutes (by car) from Patitiri and 8 minutes from Steni Vala, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. In front of the residence there is a quiet beach, without people. However, if someone wants something more intense, at a distance of 1 kilometer is the famous beach of Agios Dimitrios.

We loved our stay here. The accommodation is basic but so cute and perfectly formed. The location next to the beach is wonderful and the local village has a lovely vibe. The owner was so attentive and friendly and helpful. We even fell in love with the local stray cat who visits for daily strokes and food! The only small but minor criticism is that it could be marginally better equipped for welcoming guests - fruit, tea, milk etc. but so minor I don’t really want to mention it. Thank you Niki.
