WHAT TO DO
In the south of Catalonia is l'Ametlla de Mar (Tarragona), a small fishing village of just 7,000 inhabitants famous for its unspoiled coves and red tuna.
It is probably one of the most charming villages on the Costa Dorada. Far away from the typical mass tourism of Cambrils or Salou, among others, La Cala, as its inhabitants call it, is one of those places where you feel like going to escape from the world, rest and disconnect from the daily routine, traffic or stress.
In l'Ametlla de Mar are some of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Dorada. Also known as Costa Daurada, in its 17 km of coastline there are more than 20 coves of all types and sizes, for all tastes.
Cala Forn, Cala Calafató or Playa de Sant Jordi, with good services and comfortable facilities, are some of them.
A few kilometers away from the town we have a thousand and one plans to do. You can not miss the opportunity to visit the Natural Park of the Ebro Delta just 30 minutes away, the most important aquatic habitat in Spain after Doñana.
It is also worth going to the nearby town of Tortosa and enjoy its historic center. Driving about 40 minutes inland you will reach Miravet and its famous Templar Castle, included in the route of the castles in Catalonia.
For nature lovers, another unforgettable experience is to go to the Caves of Benifallet, located about thirty kilometers away.
HOUSE RULES
Noise and rest hours. Respect for the neighbors is key for a good coexistence during the stay, parties and loud noises are prohibited from 00h to 08h.
The property is for the exclusive use of the guests who make the reservation. It is not allowed the stay of people outside the reservation, in any case, the entry to the house of people outside the contract will fall under the responsibility of the tenants.
No parties or events are allowed. Special attention to meetings that last until after midnight, whether or not there is music.
Cleanliness and responsible use of energy.
Do not forget to take out the garbage at the exit to avoid odors and insect infestations.
Do not waste water: taps should be turned off and avoid leaving water connections open for long periods of time.
Turn off the lights when you are not at home, as well as the air conditioning, as this may result in a penalty for excess consumption.
Security. Make sure to close the door properly every time you leave the house and do not leave windows open. Any theft or damage caused by the lack of responsibility of the tenants, will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the tenants themselves.
Bathrooms. Do not throw sanitary towels, plastic or other materials that may clog the pipes.
Smoking in the apartment: Smoking is allowed in the apartment, always taking care not to burn or cause damage to the furniture. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED on artificial grass or garden furniture that could be damaged or cause a fire due to flammability.
Swimming pool: Minors must not be left unaccompanied in the swimming pool, nor throw degradable materials that may damage both the water and the filtering system.
