Saona Villas offers you this beautiful independent and air-conditioned villa enjoying a large plot of approximately 900 m² and a private swimming pool. It is located in the residential area of Las Tres Calas, approximately 3.5 km from the town center of Ametlla de Mar and approximately 2.5 km from the sea. This pretty single storey rental is well equipped for a capacity of 10 to 11 people with 4 bedrooms. It is a large villa with a beautiful plot as well as a terrace with built-in barbecue.
Inside (approximately 160 m²): Living / dining room (with TV, a folding bed and air conditioning). 2nd living/dining room (with air conditioning). Kitchen open to the 2nd living room and equipped (with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). 2 double bedrooms (with a double bed in each). 1 quadruple bedroom (with bunk beds for a total of 4 people). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and its adjoining bathroom). 1 shower room (with WC).
