About this apartment rental
This impressive flat in Barcelona has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. The apartment has 65 m². It has a lift, 10 m² terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, heat pump heating, air conditioning, tv. In the open kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle are provided.
Please take into account the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
- Baby cot:
Price: 30.00 GBP per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it
-Extra guest:
Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.
- Late arrival:
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 € will apply.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.
- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).
The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.

We had a lovely time in Barcelona and the apartment was everything we needed. It was spacious and comfortable in clean neighborhood where we felt safe walking around with our kids. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The metro station was close by, clean and easy to navigate.

A decent sized apartment, but quite noisy. From
Inside, one can hear conversations from the street below and each passing vehicle throughout the day and night. Also, the floors are quite loud (squeaky) throughout the entire apartment. A request for toilet paper was made a day and a half before we departed but we received no response - but in fairness, we were there over Easter weekend. We enjoyed the location, however, as it is only a few blocks from Las Ramblas. The apartment is also fairly well equipped.
