Beach Lodge is a well-presented, detached property with views over Woolacombe Beach on the north Devon coast. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite bathroom, double with en-suite shower room and a twin with en-suite shower room, plus a cloakroom, this property can sleep six guests. There is an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Outside is a decked balcony and parking for one car in the garage. Beach Lodge is a wonderful base in a thirving part of Devon. Off-road parking for 1 car in the garage only, there is no other parking available on site.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
