We opted to stay there mainly because of the location because we had family in the retirement village. The price was extemely good as we only had a certain budget. The apartment is very private and met all our needs in terms of private parking, safe, protected and the owner was only a message/call away.
Its nothing major, its actually only a personal preference, but its about the King size bed; it is too large for the room size, so there is no place for your suitcase in the room, and the space around the bed to walk, is very limited. Secondly, the rail at the toilet to pull yourself up, should be placed a little forward to ensure pulling yourself up easier. Thirdly, given it was so cold, an aircon for heating the room would have been a real bonus!

Situated in a quiet clean neighborhood. Very private. The host checked in to make sure we have everything we need. It is, a home away from home.
