Location to buses, trains, grocery store and local facilities. The apartment had everything we needed. It was a great size for a couple. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived and the living area was immediatbright and appealing. The balcony was roomy and comfortable. All the appliances and fittings worked well.It is located in a quiet neighbourhood.
The sofa and the sofa bed were hard and uncomfortable.
The instructions for accessing the carpark did not work. The remote control device provided to activate the carpark security gate did not work.

Decore, location, quiet, convenient, hosts attentiveness.
Shower grout was needing a good strong clean. Couch being white was very grubby looking. Key lock on letterbox which was low was almost impossible to see the numbers. Had to use my iPhone magnifier.

Location good
Sofa bed was not made up. Extra bedding for sofa bed was located in cupboard with a spare duvet in main bedroom which we washed first as it was not clean one spare pillow.
The point of the plate on the iron was broken off and there was not a full size iron board.
minimal towels provided.
plates, glassess, cups need replacing
