There wasn’t anything not to like❤️

The house is just minutes from everything. The yard is huge, there’s even space to hook up an RV and power and water source. The Sugar Shack restaurant is right across the street.

The air conditioning was set at certain temperatures at certain times of the day. I like the AC cold, but there is a code you have to use to change the AC schedule so I kept having to change the temperature of the house because it didn’t stay on the same temperature. Woke up sweating. They have fans for every room.

It was our first time booking a B&B. When we arrived, the doors were unlocked. I had to call booking.com to get the combination for the lock box to unlock the box so we could get the key. We didn't want to leave it unlocked.

We can not think of anything we did not like except for the price. We could have gotten a hotel for less.

We booked for one night and found the space to be roomy and functional for our stay. We did notice that several dishes and the silverware had not been thoroughly cleaned, but aside from that, the accommodations met our needs and provided a comfortable place to rest.

Having owned a vacation rental myself, I understand the work that goes into it. For the price, this stay was worth it for a one-night visit, and the space itself was roomy and met our needs. However, every dish we needed was dirty, and the silverware in the drawer had been put away unwashed and very unorganized. We placed the forks in the sink and sent photos to the host, and we chose not to use any of the dishes onsite. It may help future guests if hot water is run to the kitchen sink before starting the dishwasher, as this can improve how well it cleans grease from cups and plates. Unfortunately, the silverware appeared not to have been washed at all. Overall, the space served its purpose, but the kitchen cleanliness definitely needs attention.
