    It’s very great hotel to stay. In fact the facility and the view are so amazing. Can see the klcc , trx and kl tower so clearly opposite of the pool. The room was so spacious, went there to celebrate my husband birthday and he is really happy. Definitely will come again ~

    Wow. If your goal is to make guests feel as unwelcome as possible, congratulations—you’ve absolutely mastered it. As a Malaysian who travels quite often, this is honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Let’s start with the “hospitality.” The front desk staff acted like we were squatters instead of paying guests. The moment check-out time was approaching, the calls started, almost as if they were counting down the seconds until they could kick us out. I politely asked if a late check-out was possible and was immediately shut down with a cold “Hotel is full.” No courtesy, no attempt to help, just a straight rejection. Customer service? Apparently that’s an optional feature here. The highlight of the stay was when I requested a room change because the room smelled absolutely foul. Instead of greeting me or listening professionally, the staff actually chuckled and continued chatting with his friend before deciding to acknowledge me. I genuinely wasn’t sure if he thought my complaint was a comedy show. Here’s a free lesson in customer service: “Good evening, sir. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for letting us know. We’ll have maintenance inspect the room immediately, and if there’s an issue, we’ll arrange another room.” See? That took me 10 seconds. Somehow that’s too difficult for hotel staff whose job is literally guest service. Yes, they eventually changed our room—but only after making us feel like we were the inconvenience. Now let’s talk about cleanliness. The room smelled musty and unpleasant. The carpet looked and smelled like it had been collecting memories since the hotel’s grand opening. Walking on it was an experience I’d rather forget. And the swimming pool? Calling it a swimming pool is generous. It looked more like a science experiment. The water was green, murky, and full of what appeared to be algae. If you’re planning to swim, you might want to bring a microscope instead of goggles. Overall, if you’re looking for rude staff, dirty rooms, foul-smelling carpets, and a pool that looks like it belongs in a swamp, then congratulations—you’ve found the perfect hotel. I certainly won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even the most basic level of hospitality.
