First and foremost were the interactions with the manager/owner. Very helpful and accommodating to the point the place was ready when I arrived before check in! Very responsive and timely. Check in communications were clear, local suggestions were spot on, and the location ideal - very central yet on a less noisy side street. Perfect for a quick get away!

The location and value for money were ideal, and the place is petite, as advertised. A small side lamp near the bed for reading so the overhead lights aren’t required would be a nice addition. Maybe an additional pot in the kitchen to heat soup, etc., and spatula for scrambling eggs.

Ideal location. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and cafes/restaurants. Great communication with host. Easy check in and check out process. Good enough stay for 2 nights.

The main issue we had was that the studio was very damp after having a shower as there’s no fan in the bathroom. The hot water system was loud during the night. Also it’s on the ground floor so you can hear people walking past and coming into the building. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent would’ve been appreciated. Heating wasn’t very good. Very small sized studio.
