The location is very good for walking into Troyes centre. We had information before arriving on several aspects of our stay. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.

We were not sure if teh parking "at the foot of the apartment" was in teh public car park over the road. It was in teh public parking and this was very good but we we didn't understand teh instructions in the car park. If we had been told before arriving that we can leave our car in this car park for 2 days we would not have had a problem. The instructions for getting teh key were very good, including photos. However the door was difficult to open. If you know you have to pull the apartment door while unlocking it then it is not difficult. No instructions how to use the TV.

Perfect stay in Troyes

It's beautifully furnished - really comfortable (we wish we stayed more than 1 night!). The location is perfect to explore Troyes old town and it's quiet. The owner was really helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had.

A beautifully done up apartment with a fantastic view over Troyes. The balcony is a great feature and a lovely space to spend an evening or have breakfast. The apartment is walking distance from the old town with its lively bars and restaurants and there is a convenient supermarket just next door.

Absolutely amazing appartment. We had a great stay. Bastien shows very good taste in the entire interior decoration and we had everything we needed. Location was very nice by the city center, appartment has a lot of space and great view out of the window. Fully recomment to stay with Bastien.

The public areas of the house the appartment is located in are a bit old and do not smell very nice, but this is not in Bastien's influence and quickly forgotten once you have entered the appartment

Mooi appartement, zeer rustig, voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Dicht bij centrum Troyes. Grote, weliswaar betalend parking(9€ per 24h) voor de deur. Winkel(carrefour city) onder aan appartement. Ideaal voor twee personen. Niet duur voor de locatie en accommodatie.

Bel appartement pour la visite de Troyes

Superbe et grand appartement décoré avec gout situé dans un immeuble de 11-12 étages qui franchement extérieurement ne pait pas de mine. Pléthores d'équipement pour un séjour agréable belle vue sur la ville de Troyes Superette bien pratique au pied de l'immeuble Parking payant (mais gratuit la nuit) au pied de l'immeuble.

Le système de la télévision incompréhensible et inutilisable La chaleur de l'appartement à l'arrivée: pas de volets fermés malgré l'ensoleillement et la chaleur L'environnement extérieur : fenêtres ouvertes : c'est bruyant. Nous avons été réveillé à 2h du matin par des bruits étranges (trafic ?) venant du parking coté chambre.

Prima locatie met prachtig uitzicht over Troyes. Op wandelafstand van het historisch centrum. Schitterend vernieuwd appartement met veel comfort en technologische snufjes. Goedkope parking aan de overkant van de straat.

In de uitgebreide instructies stond niet vermeld dat de deur van de toegangshal met een sensor moest worden geopend, waardoor we op een bewoner moesten wachten om ons te helpen. We konden de enorme TV (met 2 afstandsbedieningen) niet bedienen, daar zou een duidelijke instructie voor moeten aanwezig zijn. Er hing een wat onaangename geur die pas verdween nadat we enkele vensters hadden opengezet. We werden midden in de nacht opgeschrokken door de luide claxon van een passerende trein (het venster stond open). De verlichting in de slaapkamer mag wat sfeervoller. Bij warm weer zal een airco waarschijnlijk een meerwaarde zijn.

Super ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen

Sehr modern ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, tolle Dusche. Küche super ausgestattet zum selbst kochen. Sauberkeit allgemein prima, nur die Bretter in den Schränken und Regalbretter waren zum Teil recht staubig. Gute und freundliche Kommunikation.

Die Temperatur der Heizung kann nicht individuell geregelt werden, uns war es etwas zu kalt.

L'appartement superbe et l'hôte réactif

Le logement est très bien situé pas loin de la gare et le parking est juste à côté aussi. Bastien est un hôte exceptionnel, la communication était parfaite. L'appartement a un balcon et une vue magnifique sur la vieille ville, la cuisine est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle, le lit est confortable, et j'ai bien aimé les livres dans la bibliothèque sur le développement personnel 😉😎 Une grande et belle douche dans la salle de bain et une propreté impeccable. Bravo à vous Bastien 🙂 Une seule chose que j'aurais ajouté, une petite lampe de chevet ou une applique dans la chambre, car la lumière au plafond est trop forte.
