The location was perfect for our needs
Took a bit for it to heat up, but was toasty when it was

It felt homely.
Everything was just what we needed.
We didn’t feel the dogs weren’t meant to be there (some places make your dogs feel like they are a nuisance and not very dog friendly) my dogs settled in straight away.

Well equipped kitchen area with induction hob, large fridge freezer, microwave dishwasher, washing machine. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Good size TV. Upstairs accommodation spacious. Bit cramped downstairs for 4 people.
Outside bins were overflowing. Kitchen bin not clean. Bath dusty needed cleaning before it could be used. A family sized cooking pot would have been useful.
