Muy buena ubicación, el apartamento queda cerca de muchas de las mejores playas de la zona, Llanes está a un paso pero con la tienda de debajo de la casa(Chispun) se cubren perfectamente todas las necesidades. Nos sorprendió gratamente. El apto tiene lo necesario para estar agusto y está bastante nuevo. La cama principal es bastante cómoda, al igual que la almohada. Hay aparcamiento también y zona de bbq/terraza en la parte de abajo a disposición, aunque no lo utilizamos. El anfitrión muy amable y atento, ha sido un placer alojarse en Parres.
