Very unique property with a lovely history. Restaurant was excellent. A nice retreat from Rome.

The room was traditionally finished but very clean and comfortable. They need to make clear that it was on the second floor and no elevator because photos depict a ground level hotel. The grounds were very well kept, the flowers and trees were beautiful. The pool was clean and great temperature. The pool has not deep around 1.2 metres. Easy walk to many beach bars and restaurants.
There is a slight unpleasant odour along one of the designated pathways (referred to in another review). The breakfast was disappointing. The scrambled eggs and bacon were inedible. This hotel is on the beach. The nightly rate did not include use of the beach. They should make this clear there is an extra charge for using their beach chairs and umbrella.

Proximity to airport, very friendly and helpful staff
Mostly ground floor units, placed by the door to the grounds and didn’t feel very safe. Shower had really bad water pressure and temperature.
