Desde que llegue fue complicado el acceso, no contestaban a tiempo los mensajes a través de la aplicación y perdí tiempo hasta que pude accesar al hospedaje... La cerradura de la puerta de la habitación no cerraba del todo, siempre sentí que podía pasar algo o que mis cosas ya no estuvieran cuando regresara. todo esta bien con la habitación que me toco, pero en general es muy fría, supongo que por la ubicación (debajo de las escaleras). En general esta vez sentí que no podía acudir a nadie (por el tema de la cerradura) ya que los mensajes tardaban un día en contestar y afortunadamente todo bien, pero cualquier eventualidad sabia que no recibiría atención o ayuda.

El cuarto no tenía ventanas, por lo que la humedad, olores y demás se guardaban en el cuarto; a menos de tener la puerta abierta

Pésimo servicio

Pésima experiencia , no tuvimos agua caliente en la regadera , no servía la palanca del escusado , no había jabón para lavarse las manos , solamente contaba con una toalla para bañarse , nos dieron un rollo de papel ya empezado y apunto de acabarse. Muestran en la publicación muchas fotos de los cuartos que ofrecen pero no especifican en cuál te quedas , nosotros adquirimos el “de luxury” que son las primeras fotos que viene el cuarto amplio y nos dieron un otro nada que ver . Solicitamos apoyo para que arreglaran las fallas que habían y solo nos brindaron la toalla adicional
