The accommodation is very clean, quiet and has everything you need. The location is amazing as it’s close to parque Mexico and lots of nice restaurants and cafes. The host has been always very responsive and helpful. I can highly recommend this place to anyone!

the location was really the best

we had problems with the shower. we didn’t have warm water for almost two days and when they fixed it again the warm water was coming and going which was kind of annoying

The location is amazing, the place is tidy and clearly a recent build. There's good ventilation once the windows are open and there's also a good amount of natural light. The bed was comfy and the bathroom a perfect size with enough space for toiletries. The kitchen space looks pretty functional, I only used the sink really as I wasn't in a cooking mood. This is in the last floor, so access to a terrace is right outside your door (washing machine ang hanging racks outside, along with some patio furniture). This is located in a highly gentrified neighborhood. The neighborhood is pretty chill, quiet and safe to walk around at odd hours. There's pharmacies, a supermarket and some small local businesses close by and you can have your pick of restaurants and bars. Public transportation is easy to access and you're not far from downtown and all the big tourist attractions, there's smaller museums cose by as well. I didn't see the staff at all, but communication was super good.

There was one day I returned around noon to take a second shower (hot days and I had walked a ton) and there was almost no water (not like there was no pressure, but no actual water would come out). I'm unsure what happened that day. The mini fridge was very loud at times, but the fan in the lowest setting helped cover the noise and let me fall sleep.

The location is good

The water was cold all the time, there is no elevator so you need a small luggage, was hard talking with the host!
