Booked this for my 19 year old undergraduate daughter for 3 weeks doing a vacation scheme at a nearby law firm. Great location and good value for money. Nice and quiet too so she could work in the evenings. Seemed safe. Sheets and towels provided.

Induction hob didn't work and no kettle provided either so only microwave for hot food and drink (luckily there was a heatwave on in London the whole 3 weeks). Property details mentioned towels provided but no mention of bedding so wasted suitcase space taking sheets and pillows when it turned out they were included. Laundry room on site but had to wash the bedding and towels yourself or pay for another set. (Thought they might have changed and cleaned everything weekly as a minimum?). No iron or ironing board available in the entire building which caused problems with work shirts!

The place is well located, close the train station and bus stop, the room is modern and well structured

Although they indicate that the bathroom utilities are included, I received a half-used toilet paper, when requesting additional they told me that they just provide a starter pack. In addition, I did not receive a garbage bag and sponge to wash dishes, I communicate it to the staff but they never gave them to me despite the fact that we were in contact 3 days in a row.
