No access to an iron or ironing board- none available in the laundry area or even available to rent. Kitchen utensils and pans were dirty. Baked on curry on a pan in the cupboard.

Great location in a new building. The apartment was perfect for one person. Mine was on the 7th floor.It looked like a single bed in the pictures but was actually a double. There was a comfortable office chair for working and everything was clean. They provided bathroom toiletries and towels in the room. Staff were helpful and friendly. On the top floors there were social and study spaces but I didn’t have time to use them.

The reception desk isn’t available after 10pm so I had to move my train to arrive earlier, although there is a security person there 24 hours. My key fob didn’t open the front door for my whole stay, but there’s enough people coming and going that I was able to get in. One of the lifts was broken too so there was a wait for the lift every time. They don’t give you washing up liquid, dish cloth or tea towel so if you want to use the kitchenette in the apartment you need to bring these with you.

The place is well located, close the train station and bus stop, the room is modern and well structured

Although they indicate that the bathroom utilities are included, I received a half-used toilet paper, when requesting additional they told me that they just provide a starter pack. In addition, I did not receive a garbage bag and sponge to wash dishes, I communicate it to the staff but they never gave them to me despite the fact that we were in contact 3 days in a row.
