With its rustic interiors, tranquil garden and bucolic surroundings, this cosy villa is ideal for a family or group of friends looking to switch off and seriously relax. Inside the home, exposed stone and tiled floors help keep things cool on long, hot afternoons. Wake up feeling well-rested in the unfussy bedrooms then put together a breakfast spread in the farmhouse-style kitchen – we particularly loved the soothing cobalt and turquoise blue tones.
Head outside for a sunbathing session on one of the loungers or make a beeline for the inviting pool. When lunchtime rolls around, grill locally sourced produce on the barbecue and dine all together on the shaded terrace. If exploring sounds like a good idea, drive the 29 kilometres to Sabinillas Beach before heading into the quaint village of Manilva. Should you fancy a little more hustle and bustle, glamorous Marbella makes for a fantastic day trip destination.
