Un loc îngrijit, bine dotat și amplasat într-o zonă liniștită. Am găsit loc de parcare ușor în apropierea locației. Gazda, foarte amabila, ne-a pus la dispoziție masa si fier de calcat imediat după ce am cerut. O locație foarte curata, intima și discreta. La doi pași de old town și acces la minimarket, piața agroalimentară.

-localizarea centrala, f aproape de P-ta Mica - curtea interioară - disponibilitatea și amabilitatea gazdei - curățenia -atenția la detalii
-nu sunt aspecte ce țin de proprietate care nu ne-au plăcut - gălăgia vecinilor a fost deranjanta intr-una din seri, curțile interioare fiind f apropiate, insa este un aspect ce nu este în controlul gazdei
