Excellent location Richard is a lovely guy very friendly and helpful, very clean comfortable bed very quiet I cannot fault it I will definitely start there again lovely kitchen everything was there absolutely fabulous stay and Richard is a very nice guy and helpful and 10 minutes from Tesco and the seafront 👍🇬🇧

The property it’s self is a lovely traditional brick built large house that has been converted into 4 very tastefully decorated apartments. The facilities were modern and very comfortable with a well equip kitchen that made our stay a joy. Very quiet and secure and every night we had a great sleep with no problems. Cleanliness, absolutely fantastic. Free parking permit provided that made our stay very convenient.
Richard was a fantastic host. We had some car trouble on the day we left and Richard really looked after us in our hour of need and was very supportive.
Nothing, everything was really exceptional.
