It was so homely nice clean and everything there wat was needed couldn't have been any better would strongly recommend it.

Perfectly clean, good sized rooms, lovely decor. Nice shower. Pretty wooden doors.
Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided -that was lovely. Nice cool courtyard out the back. We sat and ate breakfast there.
Some beds felt a bit hard.
TV had no streaming services.
Bathroom downstairs.....that is stated, we just hadn't noticed when booking.

Very conveniently located to the city centre. We walked in for dinner both evenings. It was exceptionally clean. The owner was very nice and called to check we had located the keys and offered us an early check in/later check out.
It was a very basic house for the price, one of the single beds was uncomfortable with broken springs.
