Very nice little house, clean and kitchen well equipped. Good location close to the sea and loads to explore. Chichester is a lovely town

A few small things, annoying dripping toilets upstairs, a huge water mark in the lounge ceiling which was worrying but clearly already fixed and the heating being a bit funny.
