    Booked a staycation here with my dad before a trip to Taipei. Overall, a beautiful property with incredible service! Pros: - Outstanding service: the staff are so kind. Special thanks to the receptionist from Surabaya, Indonesia, for her amazing hospitality! - Great vibe: our room featured beautiful art and paintings. - Superb breakfast experience: high-quality international and local specialties, and coincidentally, we got to see the entire Taiwan national baseball team dining there! Cons: - Room details: not enough international outlets, and some surfaces were dusty. - Bathroom layout: the toilet isn't completely sealed off by walls/ceiling gaps, so odors can unfortunately drift into the bedroom. - It was pouring rain during our trip, and we realized the entrance desperately needs a small stool. Highly recommended overall and will stay here again in the future.

    not every room have bathtub. Japanese TwinRoom doesnt have a bathtub. but we are manage to add few hundred to switch rooms with bathtub. which is okay for us. there are a library beside the hotel. train were about 10 mins walking distance tho we take taxi from highspeed rail station to the hotel. room is super clean and comfy. the breakfast were normal.

    I'm here for 4 nights with my daughter. This hotel is amazing, very modern facilities, staff are great, facilities are amazing, especially thr pil and gym. The harbour view room is soooo big, the bathroom is the size of another room. Never had a hotel like this. The foyer on the 25th floor and the bookshop Cafe are very unique. Never seen anything like it before. Can't comment on breakfast cause we didn't pay for breakfast. Light rail is very close. Loving it

    This was the splurge hotel for us and we were really looking forward to our stay here. Unfortunately, it just didn't meet our expectations. There are definitely a lot of positives such as the aesthetics of the hotel and the room. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. But at this price point you would expect a few other things such as a selection of local teas, not just twinings, maybe milk and sugar in the Room as well. But the real disappointment was the breakfast, it was seriously lacking in variety and taste. I resorted to having fruitloops (seriously!) and they even had stale bits through out. But at least they did have some local tea available! Actually, the pork rice was yummy. Then after a huge day out we ordered room service. I ordered the chicken leg and cheese toastie. It looked good untill I bit into it and it was actually the whole leg...bone and all. These aren't major issues, it was just lacking the 5 star experience that you pay for. We stayed in a number of hotels in Taiwan that we paid less for and had better service, food and amenities.
