About this house rental
This magnificent house combines style, space, and tranquility. Recently built, it features contemporary architecture across 700 m², with six spacious suites and two bathrooms in the social area. The kitchen, gourmet area, and living rooms are integrated into a large "L"-shaped space. A heated infinity pool connects to a steam sauna and a wet bar with a barbecue. Furthermore, the property boasts a breathtaking view of the reservoir, where the sunsets are spectacular.
In addition, we suggest options for markets, pizzerias, burger joints, Japanese food, and craft beer, all with home delivery.
For adventure lovers, we can recommend speedboat tours with wakeboarding, departing from the condominium's pier.
If you plan to bring your pet, don't forget to select the quantity when making your reservation.

It has incredible waterfalls, trails through the forest with views of the dam at the top of the mountain, a marina with day use to relax all day, the famous Capril do Bosque — awarded in France as one of the best cheeses in the world — and, of course, the charming Monte Verde, with its romantic atmosphere and enchanting little shops.
The house has already been the setting for productions for major brands such as Bradesco and Decathlon, as well as podcasts, and was selected for the web series "The Coolest Houses in the World – Phillips Audio & Video". The production highlights Brazilian residences with contemporary design and immersive leisure areas, and featured influencers who experienced the house during the program.
Because it is a gated community, only background music is allowed during the day, and no noise of any kind is permitted after 10 PM.

Swimming pools treated with a chlorine generator using salt offer softer, less irritating water, reducing dryness of the skin and hair.
