About this house rental
HEATED POOL (temperature ranges from 29 to 33 degrees). When the pool is heated, the waterfall is not operational. You can work from home.
Access to the entire property.
Check-in and check-out are handled by the owners or the caretaker, Matheus.
OUTDOOR FIREPIT with a gaucho-style tripod (gaucho-style tripod and firewood available for an additional fee)—we sell firewood so you can host a luau and roast a whole leg of pork on a spit.
We have fiber-optic internet.
Rural area, easy access with less than 1 km of dirt road. We’re 15 km from MAIRIPORÃ or Nazaré Paulista, right on the border.

ILLEGAL DRUGS AND CAR STEREO SYSTEMS ARE PROHIBITED; at 11 PM, you must turn down the volume in compliance with noise ordinances; do not bring an air fryer.
Hookah USE: Bring your own table and do not rest it on the residence’s furniture; do not smoke inside the house (subject to the platform’s aircover policy).
We have ample parking, a heated pool, a pool table, foosball, air hockey, 3 hammocks, a basketball hoop, a small soccer field, a barbecue grill with a wood-burning stove, and a stereo system.
The house has a spacious living room and kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, and 1 bathroom in the barbecue area. There are no stairs. The price is for up to 8 people; while the listed price accommodates 16 people, the space can actually accommodate up to 20 people, including children. Just contact me if you have any questions. The price shown is for up to 10 people. We have accommodations for up to 20 people. We do not accept more than 20 guests, even if they’re just visiting for the day; we have bunk beds, single beds, and 3 double beds.

Our 8x8 living room has 5 sofas, a pool table, foosball, and air hockey.
Spacious kitchen with dishes, silverware, glasses, a set of pots and pans, a pressure cooker, a sandwich maker, a stove, a blender, a dining table with a sideboard, and a mirror.
There is no mixer or juicer.
We have an orchard with plums, jabuticaba, mangoes, grapes, acerola, bananas, tangerines, blackberries, peaches, and uvaia, each bearing fruit in its own season.
There are local markets with fresh, warm bread every day.
There’s a very large vegetable garden nearby where they sell freshly picked vegetables and greens.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN, BATH TOWELS, DISH TOWELS, OR TOILET PAPER.
Bring personal flotation devices for the children. (Important).
BRING rubbing alcohol and matches to light the grill, insecticide, bug spray (mosquitoes appear from time to time), sunscreen, a volleyball, and a soccer ball. There’s space to ride bikes.
We have security cameras and guard dogs, but when the property is rented out, they stay in a kennel off-site in a safe location.
