This spacious villa offers a calm, comfortable setting designed for easy group stays and relaxed moments together. Set in prime Rishon LeTsiyon, you’re just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and parks, while still enjoying a quiet, private atmosphere at home.

The home features five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms across three levels, giving everyone their own comfortable space. Soft bedding, natural light, and simple, modern design create a restful environment throughout. The layout works especially well for families or larger groups who want both privacy and connection.

Bathrooms are clean, modern, and easy to use, with a mix of private and shared spaces across the home. Showers are spacious and practical, and a washer and dryer add everyday convenience during your stay. The master bedroom includes its own en-suite for added comfort.

The living area is bright and open, designed for gathering, relaxing, and spending time together. Comfortable seating and a welcoming layout make it easy to unwind after a day out. Large doors connect the indoors to the garden, bringing in natural light and a relaxed flow.

4. Parties - the apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.
5. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property. This age requirement is firm and applies to the primary guest making the reservation. Please ensure you meet this requirement before submitting your booking request.

Nice and quiet neighborhood, near the beach.
Some issues: some equipments weren't working properly (slow internet, tv remote, ...). Also, there was not hot water in the bathrooms and the second bedroom didn't have air conditioner.
