The Beach House in Prestatyn, Denbighshire, sleeps fifteen in seven bedrooms.
The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room, and a conservatory, with appliances including a gas Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and for entertainment, a Smart TV, PlayStation, a selection of games, a pool table, and an ice hockey table. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with TV, balcony and en-suite, two further king-size with TV, one of which has an en-suite, a ground-floor king-size with en-suite, two twins, and a ground-floor triple room with en-suite, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is a front decked area with furniture, an enclosed rear garden with patio, Astroturf, fire pit and furniture, and a gated driveway for six cars. One well behaved dog welcome with no charge. Second or third dog can be requested. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a stairgate is available. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.4 miles and the beach in 0.1 miles.
