About this house rental
Unwind in this well equipped & charming 3 bedroom home. With all the main creature comforts, indoor pool, large games room with pool table it is perfect for families.
Conveniently situated within a 2 minute walk to the beach and a few km from the town centre. The home comes well equipped with all cooking utensils, kids toys, porta cot, WIFI, Smart TV and ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Welcome to the Wallaroo Getaway, we hope you have a great stay. Please ensure you follow the below house rules throughout the duration of your stay and upon checkout.
- Firstly, please enjoy your stay and we hope you have a great time.
- Strictly no parties at the property or large gatherings.
- Do not sleep on the beds without fitted sheets & flat sheets or additional cleaning fee applies.
- Please keep the home tidy and leave it in the same state it was found.
- No smoking inside
- No Pets allowed at the property.
- Exercise care when using games room and pool table.
GENERAL RUBBISH: RED BIN ONLY – 1 Large Bag Allowance
Ensure general rubbish of 1 large bag only per stay is put in the red bin. Any excess rubbish can be taken to the wallaroo tip at 14 Recycling Circuit, Wallaroo. OR taken home. If the bin is overflowing and we have to order a collection, this cost is past onto the guest.
RECYCLING: YELLOW BIN
All recycling to be placed into the Yellow bin only.
Upon Checkout:
- Please take home any excess rubbish
- Please empty the dishwasher before leaving.
- Ensure all items have been removed from the fridge.
- If the BBQ has been used, please clean it as a courtesy for the next guests.
- Please put the red and yellow bins out when leaving.
- Turn off the Airconditioner & Lights.
- Please turn off hot water at switchboard. (Very Important)
Return keys to the lock box and scramble the numbers.

Property was lovely great size
Only thing i would complain about is no decent broom inside or vacuum cleaner, i need to sweep or vacuum everyday especially with the amount of foot traffic after 2 days i was almost ready to buy my own anxiety level was getting high!!
Otherwise would definitely recommend & stay again

property good layout nice outside area everything you need is there except linen,towels bath mats needs a bit of maintence painting ect but very clean
