Welcome to my home!
Designed with an open-floor living and dining area, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. It features a comfy sofa, where you can relax, and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite. There are two large windows that let in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space.
This space has also a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric plate, microwave, and coffee machine among other utilities for your use.
The two bedrooms are cosy and bright. With plenty of light and with a warm ambience. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and has a wardrobe for your clothes. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Last but not less important, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

This is a great location to explore the city. The Centre Pompidou, Musée National Picasso-Paris, Musée des Arts et Métiers, Cirque d'Hiver Bouglione, Le Manoir de Paris, Choco-Story Paris - Musée du Chocolat, Square du Temple - Elie Wiesel, and Le Carreau du Temple are all nearby. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as Bouillon Julien, Candelaria, Favela Chic, Chez Jenny, Derrière, and Soya. The cafes Le Plomb du Cantal Rive Droite and Delaville are also great options.
The Temple and Jacques Bonsergent stations are only a 7-minute walk away, and the Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord are only 14 and 1.6 kilometres away, respectively. Saint-Lazare is also a great location, and it is only 2.6 kilometres from the apartment.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

Excellent communication regarding the unfortunate ceiling leak coming from the apartment upstairs. This meant our 2 bedroom apartment became a one bedroom apartment and the teenagers slept in the lounge. The owner offered the sofabed and even came to greet us at check in and show us how it worked. Unfortunately this wasn't suitable and the teens slept in mattresses on the floor (their preference). The leak was temporarily fixed but then restarted. I'm assuming there was a difficulty in getting it fixed a second time, particularly since it was Christmas. The communication with Guest Ready was always prompt and helpful. The area comes alive during retail hours, we arrived on Sunday afternoon and the graffiti covered shop fronts did not give a good impression. This changed during retail hours. Handy small supermarket close by. The apartment was well equipped and a lovely space to come back to.

The property is clean, in a good area close to the metro, grocery, and restaurants. Some issues we had are: there are no instructions to show how to log into the WiFi, how to use any appliances (washer, dishwasher, etc), or anything else about the property. I had to consistently reach out to the property management company to learn what the WiFi was, they kept sending the password encrypted, even after multiple times letting them know it was not coming through. I finally had to call to get the password so we could get online. They only supply one bath towel per guest; no hand towels or washcloths. When I inquired about this, I was told only bath towels were provided. There was only one flimsy kitchen towel to use for everything; drying dishes, wiping up spills, etc. Again, no paper towels or anything else. I had to ask for an additional kitchen towel, which seemed to be grudgingly given, and purchase my own paper towels. There was no hand soap, dishwasher soap or laundry soap.I had to inquire about that. They did purchase them and deliver to the apartment, but it was again, me having to manage things in order to make the stay manageable. The whole point of VRBO properties is to give you a sense of home, where things are available, to make your stay a little easier. There was a lot of me having to reach out to the management company to ask about things that should have just been taken care of. Location was great, cleanliness was great, basic amenities lacking.

Our party of 3 adults had a fantastic time at this property. Clean, quiet, comfortable, completely as listed.
5 minute walk to République with its 4 Metro lines, easy to quickly get anywhere in the city.
Vibrant neighborhood with lots of varied dining options, including a handful of American fast food chains. Very walkable, always felt safe.
Carrefour City market down the block, we used regularly for snacks, juice, toiletries. We never cooked in the unit, but the market had everything needed if we had wanted to.
The only small issue we had (which we did not bring up) was the wifi connection was spotty. Since we were out all day, every day, it was never a big issue. When we got back in the evenings and wanted to do some work or use social media before bed, the fly connection was a minor irritation. We didn't do anything to correct, it would come back on its own within a few minutes.
Another note (not a criticism of the property at all), at least for those coming from the U.S.: we weren't aware that in France the floors of buildings are numbered starting at 0. So, where this unit is shown to be on floor 2 (with only stairs available), to an American it's actually the 3rd floor.
