• Among them, it is on one side of the property on the Hameau de MAGRIL, a Studio l'ESPRIT BOHÈME all comfort 18m2 for 2 pers.
• Wooden house, Unusual accommodation with the look of a gypsy caravan (sedentary)
• Autonomous due to its location and equipment, it has all the makings of a great one!
• Kitchenette (with fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, barbecue, plancha .... ) and dining area on either side of the entrance
• on the opposite side Queen size bed in 160cm + Single trundle bed OR Baby folding bed (can be unfolded only in summer instead of the folding table, when meals can be taken in the garden)
• Behind the partition real Shower room: cabin with hydro-massage jets, washbasin, private toilet (no dry toilet) & cupboard

• Like all our houses, its decoration is personal and neat, to offer an ideal setting to ensure a change of scenery and evacuate the fatigue of the hustle and bustle of the city and life in all seasons. And whose only luxury is SPACE and the surrounding calm.

GARDEN
• Unusual habitat located in a meadow of 7000m2 private fenced (1m high sheep ursus) in addition to the bushes all around & planted with many fruit trees, plus the 10000m2 shared on a neighboring plot around the swimming pool.

RELAXATION AREA
• Free access, shared with 1 to 3 families maximum even in the middle of summer, around the main farmhouse, Courtyard and SWIMMING POOL REALLY HEATED TO 30°C from April 15th to Sept. 30th with Spa (2-seater massage bench at the end of the pool) with salt + 3-seater Jacuzzi in service from April 1st to October 31st. Located in the middle of the estate, accessible by crossing Chemin des Bruyères, passable by bike, scooter, on foot or by car in 3min/300m.
