Since the chalet is right in the centre of the skiing region, the piste of Les Houches is just 50 m from the house and the first ski lift is only 70 m away. You may take the cable car to the top of de Aguille du midi, up to 3842 m. At the top, you'll find a bridge with a glass floor that allows you to look straight down. You can also explore Chamonix (7 km) for a day of shopping. _x000D_

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. A tumble dryer and washing machine are also available. You can access entertainment facilities including TV, DVD player, CD player and stereo unit.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 97,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
