In the heart of downtown right next to the river walk, walking bridge, dog park, amphitheater, and science museum with a short walk to multiple downtown restaurants. Original brick walls of the old tobacco warehouse. And you have your own private side entrance that leads directly to your space!

We went to see our daughter lives there & Scotty McCreay his show was wonderful and we loved it.Your place was wonderful we all tore ally enjoy the beds were great I went to sleep last night & never woke till morning

Apartment was in great location, walkable to restaurants, farmers market, and short drive to casino. Check in was easy. Cleanliness was okay.

The location was a great place to be in the cit, easy access to everything. Quiet , friendly and safe. The outside trash dumpster is in need of fencing , trash overflow for days was not pleasant to view daily at parking area and entrance. The outside maintenance doors , light fixtures and Windows were filled with spiders and webs. They were falling down on you. I was bitten . Reporting concerns to the manager She was professional, courteous and immediately came to observe and handle the situation. Overall stay was good, with the exception of needing minor inside upkeep Housekeeper concerns, painting, and regular outside entrance maintenance.
