Relax on the screened in porch, play in the game room, or enjoy s’mores by the fire pit. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the home is much larger than it looks! The first floor features three large bedrooms, two bathrooms a living room, large kitchen, dining room and screened in porch. The basement features an additional bedroom, kitchenette, large living room, game room, bathroom, bar and laundry area. The separate basement suite is perfect for groups traveling who want a separate space but enjoy staying together. A rollaway twin size bed is available upon request. *LARGE DRIVEWAY & PLENTY OF STREET PARKING AVAILABLE. Discounts available for extended stays!
For families traveling with little ones, the house is fully equipped with a high chair seat, full sized pack and play, children's books and toys.
Other amenities include fast wifi with free streaming access to Disney+. All linens, bedding, and towels are provided. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board available for use.
*Please note, guests are expected to read and honor house rules. Booking implies agreement to house rules. An additional damage deposit is required for every booking. Refund of the deposit is initiated within 24 hours of check-out, provided that all house rules are followed and no major damages occur.

-Absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed.
-No loud music or excessive noise.
-Only booked guests are allowed to be at the house at any time (unless discussed and approved in advance)
-No inside fires, candles, or fireplace use
-No garage access
-No pets allowed. Any unauthorized pets will result in an additional cleaning fee starting at $100. Any service animals or emotional support animals must be disclosed prior to arrival.
-No smoking in the house or anywhere on the property
-Do not move the furniture.
- Late check out may be available upon request. Failure to vacate the house at scheduled check out time without advanced approval will result in an additional $75 fee.
We rarely have snow or ice accumulation, however, it can occur. We do not provide routine snow/ice removal services, but they may be available upon request. Please use caution during inclement weather.

The house was just as described. Very clean and the towels were amazing. The snacks were a good personal touch. Lots of room and the game room was fun for us all. The house was decorated with good thought and on purpose !!
It’s close to the casino and restaurants. The owners paid close attention to details on this house. Coffee every morning on the porch with deer in the backyard and the birds chirping in the surrounding trees. We’ll be back for this one.

The place is amazing. Had more than enough room. My family and I were very happy with the presentation of the Home. It was absolutely perfect. The room downstairs. The playroom for the kids was much needed. They had a lot of fun. Great location close to everything. Just amazing. I love the place and will do it again thank you so much.

Nice home! The neighborhood was quiet, house was clean, and game room was fun. Rebecca’s restaurant recommendations were great. Coffee station and snacks provided were so appreciated.
