About this house rental
Hello, Welcome and Thank You for your interest in our family lake house! This home will have plenty of room for you and all your guests coupled by amazing views of the lake. When you drive in, the home is located on a dead end road. There is little to no outside traffic that comes passed the house. There is parking at the top of the driveway, just off the road. That can be for cars or to park a boat trailer. You would need to back the trailer down the road just a bit, in order to turn it around. The driveway is STEEP like most around the lake but can handle multiple cars. The garage is not part of the rental. When you walk in, you'll see an open room concept with the kitchen, dinning and living room. The two bedrooms upstairs, are the master bedroom and the bunkbed room. Both rooms have attached baths. Laundry is also located on the top floor. You can access the deck from the dinning, living and master bed room. The deck is very large and can accommodate all guests comfortably at the same time. The bottom level will have two more queen bedrooms and another full bath. There is also a common area with a dart board and ping pong table. You can access the outside through the downstairs basement door or upstairs main door. When lakeside, the dock will have wet steps for easy access when swimming, along with a margarita deck to hang out on and enjoy being by the water. There is a gas fireplace for those late night hangouts. The boat on the lift is private and not part of the rental agreement. We are on the edge of the big water and a channel. There is a slow no wake buoy directly in front of the dock so it's very safe for swimming. You could have waves from the big lake depending on the day, time and water traffic but very save for swimming or floating. The property is perfect for family gatherings and has plenty of space for everyone. Local restaurants around as well if you don't feel like cooking. Property was very clean and well stocked! I’ve never stayed at a property that was stocked with basic essentials. Scott and Hannah were very responsive with any and all questions we had while there. House was beautiful and the kids loved swimming by the dock. House was plenty big for everyone. As noted the driveway is very steep. A little challenging with a big truck and long boat having to take it out of the water each day. Other than that it was perfect! Would definitely stay again!

We loved everything about the house itself! The house was clean and felt like home when we arrived. The kitchen has so much storage space and had everything we needed for the week. We met the property manager, Maggie, and she's wonderful too!
We spent dozens of hours on the upper deck as its fully covered, has ceiling fans and comfy furniture!
We loved the seating area by the water too!
The boys caught lots of fish: gar, small mouth bass, crappie, catfish, drums. The girls enjoyed floating and swimming!
Our only wish was for a slip with lift to be able to rent a boat overnight.
As a group, we all agreed this was our favorite house so far!

My former college roommates and I had a great experience staying here for the weekend! The house was clean (looked clean, smelled clean), the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space inside and outside to hangout, play games, and talk. The access to water was perfect- we swam close to the dock with innertubes and noodles that we brought. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We all agreed we would stay again!
